"
    For his part, Director General of the Municipality of Baghdad Media Hakeem Abdul Zahra said in an interview with (long-Presse), "The project is fully completed and the subject of the preliminary opening was complete and preparations." 
    He said Abdul-Zahra, that "the Baghdad Municipality in the process of establishment of the official ceremony for the opening there will be calls to set on the opening day," pointing to "the existence of problematic hindered the progress of the project."
    Abdul-Zahra pointed to "the existence of the excesses of the project by multiple parties, including power transmission lines as well as the removal of residential areas and the other was planted and need a period of time to remove them."
    In turn, Director General of Water Baghdad Ammar Moussa said in an interview with (long-Presse), said that "the delay in the project for the period stipulated in the contract and there are excesses of the Municipality of Baghdad began to remove them."
    Moussa said that "the project was completed and we started pumping water served areas Obeidi and luxury inspired victory and the other from the Sadr City area," noting that "the previous years have been complaining about those areas of the lack of enough water, especially with high temperatures in the summer."
