    Jihad said that "the right of the parties to invest in the common fields, but according to an agreement between them," adding that "international laws provide investment fields shared by a third party gives both parties natural right and by extension every field."
    The spokesman for the ministry, that "Iraq has invested field Badra border by foreign companies, in addition to a field Bazargan and humorous and therefore Iraq touching response to this file," pointing out that "has been approved with the Japanese loan of two billion and 700 million dollars worth of development Basra field." .
