    [ltr]The member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Ali Faisal al-Fayad government to expand the circle of non-oil revenues and reduce expenditure sections in the budget next year.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He called flux stakeholders activating the role of income-generating, such as industry, agriculture and tourism sectors while reducing expenditures on projects unnecessary and reduce government expenditures in addition to take serious and determined in the fight against corruption and thieves of public money who plundered the resources of the country over the years that have passed measures.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Fayad warned of the rising deficit in 2017 to more than 24 trillion dinars if the government did not take the steps that we have mentioned explaining that the mistake that the impact on the budgets of Iraq's dependence on oil revenue by up to about 95 percent to cover the expenses of the State with the neglect of other sectors.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Tuesday, that Iraq has not yet reached full share of the oil market, which may indicate that Baghdad would prefer not to curb production of crude in the framework of any agreement reached by the OPEC to raise prices.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Ebadi said during a news conference in Baghdad in response to a question, said that the government welcomes such an agreement, he said, "Iraq is still below what it should be produced."[/ltr]
    [ltr]And it resumed pumping crude oil from Iraq through Turkey yesterday to world markets after it was suspended a few months ago because of disagreements between the central government in Baghdad and the Kurdish region in the north ended m h n[/ltr]
