He congratulated the king of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, President of the Republic Fuad Masum, the Day of Independence of Iraq from the British Mandate, which coincided with Wednesday October 3rd of 1932.
According to the Saudi Press Agency [SPA], "The King Salman sent a cable of congratulations to President infallible mark the anniversary of the National Day of Iraq."
King Salman expressed in his message "in his name and the name of the people and the Government of the Kingdom sincerest congratulations and best wishes for health and happiness to President infallible, and to the Government and people of brotherly Iraq further progress and prosperity."
The Independence Day of Iraq is October 3, 1932 is the day of the National Day and the Iraqi Eid festival independence set by international law to Iraq where he took over the international legislative authority represented by the League of Nations Council, which the current UN Security Council, similar to a resolution that includes the recognition of a new state in the hemisphere and the state of the world her name Iraq.
