{Baghdad} Euphrates News announced that the Ministry of Justice, on Tuesday, for the issuance of special issue of the Gazette of Iraq, which included the freezing of terrorist funds, passed by the House of Representatives and the system was ratified by the Presidency of the Republic.
The general director of the facts of Iraq circuit full Amin Hashim in a statement, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, that " the number 4418 toensure system No. 5 for the year 2016 to freeze terrorist funds," adding that " theaim of the enactment of this system, dry up the sources of terrorism physical, big importance at this stage of the war against Daesh terrorist gangs as the military war is enough. "
He added that" Order No. 5 was consistent with the global trend to combat terrorism with regard to the movement of funds and laundered at the national and international level, and this system met most of the requirements UN security Council resolutions related to counter - terrorism and which ones resolutions 1267, 1999 and 1373 for the year 2001 and 1988 and {1998} for the year 2011 and 2253 for the year 2015 ".anthy
