Commission with Jordan to resolve the Iraqi tube file

Iraq and Jordan form two committees and Zareeten to follow up the implementation of the oil pipeline and gas transmission and set a time limit for the end of this file.
This came during a meeting with Oil Minister Jabbar Ali Laibi Monday his counterpart, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Jordan Ibrahim Saif.
He and coffee , according to a press statement issued by the Ministry of Oil, Iraq linking historic and close relations with Jordan, stressing the need to implement a project pipeline Iraqi oil and gas pipelines across the Jordanian port of Aqaba to the importance of strategic and economic.
He added that the efforts of the joint committees is keen to expedite the resolution of this file with a coalition of companies invested for this project, as it reached the negotiating stages advanced, stressing the two sides reached the necessity of a time limit put to resolve this file.
He noted that the two sides agreed to set up a monitoring committee at the offices ofeach minister to follow developments in this project and raise the regular reports in this regard, as well as the resumption of cooperation in the field of supplying Jordan withquantities of crude oil after stabilizing the security situation in the border provinces and cooperation in the field of training and exchange of experiences.
Laibi that followed the meeting also yielded agreement on cooperation in the field ofrenewable energy and take advantage of the leading Jordan 's experience in this field, as it has been the formation of joint committees to discuss the possibility of transferring this experience to utilize them in some service sectors in the country.
for his part, Jordanian Minister of energy and mineral resources expressed his happiness to visit Iraq, stressing his country 's desire companies to strengthen relations with Iraq in various fields, particularly in the field of oil industry and energy.
He stressed the importance of a carrier oil and gas pipeline from the strategic and economic project as reflected positively on the people of both countries. In
turn, a spokesman for the oil Ministry , Assem Jihad , said that the Jordanian Minister ofenergy met during his Astgrvat two days a number of government officials involved inenergy, indicating that the visit is to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
