{Baghdad} Euphrates News said the Committee of the Regions and provincial parliamentary member Mahmoud Reza, said that the priority in the next legislative separation of the parliament to approve the third amendment to the Act and the provincial and district councils.
Said Reza, told {Euphrates News}, " The Committee has the third amendment to the law of the provinces, as our Union Law Council and a group of six draft laws, but the priority for modifying the third law of provincial and local councils. It has a priority."
He added, " have not been discussing the law yet, it has not yet government project up still with the Council of State and then to the Ministry of Justice and from there to the legal drafting, and then to the Shura Council, and we are waiting for him and the constant contact with the Shura Council to deliver it as soon as possible to the Parliament . " .
A member of the Commission, "at the beginning of the next legislative term we will start discussing it ," noting that "we have many notes we have asked in the past of the provincial councils, as our observations within the Commission and wait for the third amendment, and we hope to be helpful and more rewarding than previous projects."
