Minister of Industry: the completion of 70% of the industrial city in Dhi Qar and we will complete the remaining

Minister of Industry and Minerals announced Agency Mohammed Shia 'Al Sudani, Wednesday, about to reach understandings and solutions for the implementation of the industrial city in Dhi Qar through investment.
A statement said "Alsudanaajtma in Dhi Qar governorate building and on the sidelines of a visit by to discuss the ways and mechanisms to improve the industrial reality in the province and to discuss the industrial city file."
The Minister during the joint press conference held after the meeting that "his visit to the province of Dhi Qar, is part of a trend of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals in the implementation of field trips to labs and factories and affiliates scattered throughout Iraq in order to learn the reality of these companies, laboratories and stand on the most important obstacles and find solutions and ways to overcome them and resolve to achieve the desired goal of the federal government, local government and the ministry to support the national industry. "
Sudan and pointed out that "Industrial City project in Dhi Qar, one of the projects that have priority in the Ministry of Industry strategy being will contribute to the advancement of the industrial reality through the provision of job opportunities for the people of the province and an incubator for small and medium enterprises, which will be the introduction of large projects and covering the Iraqi market requirements," noting "the project was carried out at the expense of the investment plan, and by the completion reached 70%, but due to financial constraints it was not possible to complete the remaining phases of the project."
And articulated, for "reached after a series of meetings and meetings between officials of the ministry and the province understandings and solutions consisted preparing an investment profile of the industrial city in Dhi Qar, the reality of the situation existing put this file into Chinese companies wishing to implement it with the allocation of 25% of the profits of this city to maintain when entering into a contract with a company invested by asking the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of Finance and the Ministry for the allocation of private land in the city to the Ministry of Industry to have installed so take action required for the conclusion of the investment contract. "
He stressed that "the Chinese side expressed serious and a great desire to invest in the industrial city by the Chinese state-owned companies as well as the funds needed for the establishment of such cities offer", announcing that "The ministry is waiting for a technical team from the Chinese side to visit the industrial city in Dhi Qar and look at the current reality and direct investment procedures. "
