    [ltr]House of Representatives resumes its normal Tuesday morning to vote on the legal security of government banks and private companies draft.[/ltr]
    [ltr]  According to a statement of the Department of Media of the House of Representatives received / balances News / copy of "The agenda of the meeting will include a vote on the draft government Banking Act submitted by (Finance Committee, the Legal Committee) and covers (24 articles), as well as the vote on the draft Private Security Companies Act submitted by (for the Security and defense Committee, the legal Committee) includes (Article 42).[/ltr]
    [ltr]The statement added that "the meeting will also include a vote on a proposed law amending the Companies Act No. 21 of 1997, sponsored by the (Commission of Tourism and Antiquities, the Committee on Economy and Investment) and covers (3 items), as well as a vote on a resolution as the Nineveh Plain, a disaster area." .[/ltr]
    [ltr]The statement said that "the meeting will also guide the oral question from an MP Serwa Abdul Wahid to the head of the Independent Electoral Commission, and view a report and discussion of the draft professional sports law (Committee of Youth and Sports) and includes (21 items), as well as a report and discuss the project and the Ministry of Defence Act ( Commission on Security and Defence) and includes (Article 14), as well as a report and discussion of the draft law of the financial management of (the Finance Committee) and covers (53 items).[/ltr]
    [ltr]The House of Representatives approved in its meeting on Monday chaired by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 222 deputies in principle to proceed with the proposed second amendment to the Law of the Independent Electoral Commission Act legislation for the year 2007.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The deputies suggested that all members of the Commission of the judges and away from "political quota system" .. and the Board approved, in principle, to continue in the legislation of a bill modifying the law of "general amnesty" for the year 2016.[/ltr]

    BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - January 24: The Council of Representatives, on Tuesday, held its headed by Salim al - Jubouri, head of the Council and in the presence of 224 deputies to vote on the draft government banks and a number of important laws.


    He said the beginning, " The source of the Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to delay voting on the draft law of the government banks at the request of the relevant committees," pointing out, "The House of Representatives also postponed a vote on the draft law of private security companies."


    He noted that " the Council will vote on the proposed Act to amend the Companies Act No. 21 of 1997, and vote on a resolution as the Nineveh Plain disaster areaand view a report and discussion of the draft professional sports law, and report and discuss the draft of the Ministry of Defence Act, and a report and discussion of the draft law of financial management , " noting , " the President of the Council of the members of parliament voting issue on the Nineveh plain considered a disaster area, which in turn referred the case to the legal Committee for the completion of a resolution for a vote, having postponed at the 12 o'clock this month until further notice" .anthy .oh
