    The Minister of Water Resources , Dr. Hassan al - Janabi , said his ministry is ready to absorb and entertain potential wave of flood in the event of the collapse of the dam layer of the Syrian reality on the Euphrates River as a result of ongoing hostilities near him because of the barricaded Alarhabouapn at the dam site.
    Wrote Janabi on his page on the social networking site Facebook yesterday:

    water.
    7. We wish our brothers the Syrians edit the dam site and to control it regularly and run it and avoid further devastation and destruction.
