Abadi issues directives to provide security in the capital
BAGHDAD, April 22 (KUNA) - The Prime Minister of the UAE Armed Forces, General Haider al-Abadi, issued a directive on the matter, which his office said would provide security for the citizen.
"The Prime Minister visited Baghdad Operations headquarters on Friday and briefed him on the measures taken to protect the visitors and ensure the martyrdom of Imam Musa bin Jaafar al-Kadhim," Abadi said in a press statement.
"The security situation in the capital Baghdad and the efforts to provide security for citizens and plans for Baghdad's future operations were also discussed to protect citizens," he added.
"Abadi issued a number of decisions and directives that contribute to the security of the capital and provide security for citizens," the statement said. Finished
