Council of Baghdad: This is the reason for wasting billions that were dedicated to project finance

Sommer News: Baghdad .. carry the Baghdad Provincial Council, on Monday, policies pursued by successive local governments in the province of Baghdad, the cause of wasting billions that were intended to finance investment and service projects.
Said council member Fadhel Shuli, in a press statement, said that "the former policies of local successive governments in Baghdad province from 2003 until now, have caused the waste of billions and made Baghdad appear in a free construction," pointing to "the reluctance of the various projects because of corruption and waste of public money, and go into the pockets of corrupt money. "
He added Shuli, that "there is a significant delay in the school buildings and hospitals file, and did not touch a real evolution in which until now", criticizing the "lack of impartiality and the competent courts for corruptors and muggers accounting."
The member of the Council that "the war exhausted the state budget and made it unable to cover the needs of local governments."
