He added that the Commission is currently working to complete for establishing laboratory petrochemical procedures through investment, noting that the Commission has received a lot of requests for investors regarding this project, which will save a lot of manpower to maintain, as will maximize local production of fertilizers and products petrochemicals according to modern technology.
He Bazzaz that the central government has recently agreed to set up a refinery in Kirkuk, with a production capacity of up to 150 thousand barrels per day in Toukan Bashi area to spend molasses, revealing at the same time there is another project that includes the expansion of the old refinery in Kirkuk by referring it to the investment, bringing its production to 70 thousand barrel.
He said that the strategy of the province is now moving towards investment in agricultural and oil and industrial sectors in order to achieve the objectives in the interests of the citizen and the state , such as developing infrastructure and creating job opportunities for the unemployed, pointing out that the province is seeking to exploit some land for the creation of such projects.
For his part, he explained the Director of the window section of the Authority Charter Noman, "morning", that the Authority intends to grant three licenses for investment projects in the agricultural field, as it has completed the procedures all, adding that the first project includes the development of Chemin forests north of Kirkuk on an area of 51 dunums, as it includes The project set up glass houses, as well as the establishment of places of entertainment modern art ways.
He noted that the second project includes the construction of a poultry hall with a capacity of a million chickens laying according to environmental and health standards and modern techniques, in terms of Walton Bridge north of the province, pointing out that the third project includes the construction of an agricultural orchard for the production of strawberries means of hybrid modern five Doanm space.
Regarding the industrial projects said Noman, the Authority will grant a vacation project recycling waste for the production of electrical power, as it is one of the first projects in the province and an industrial special importance, and the work is under way for the granting of leave for an education project that includes the establishment of a civil university in collaboration with the British University of Leicester, with another vacation a sports project that includes several playgrounds, halls and swimming pools on an area of 18 dunums.
