    He said the parliamentary legal committee member Amin Bakr, on Wednesday, that there is no real will or a practical plan for the adoption of important laws in the Iraqi Council of Representatives although near the end of the parliamentary session.
    Bakr In an interview for "direction Press" He explained that there are fears among MPs that he would not allow them time to pass important laws and controversial, noting that the parliament should complete his career and the completion of all important laws away that only slogans by the Presidency and some MPs about the near completion laws.
    He added: so far is not talking about the pass laws and there is no real will to pass a plan or process to overcome obstacles, hoping to pass such laws this year.
    The House of Representatives ended at its first regular legislative term of the first legislature for the fourth year of the third election cycle, which was held under the chairmanship of Salim al-Jubouri, President of the Council and in the presence of 180 deputies on Tuesday, the first and second readings of the five bills.
