Masoum endorses the law of the Council of State

President Fuad Masoum ratified the State Council Law of 2017 and affirmed that the Council will assume the functions and obligations of the State Consultative Council, including the administrative judiciary, the staff courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
"The State Council will transfer to it the obligations and rights of the State Consultative Council as well as its courts, administration, associates and funds," the office of the president of the republic said in a statement. Assets or movables destined for or at the disposal of the State Consultative Council. "
The statement said that "this law, which was voted by the House of Representatives a few days ago, began to implement the provisions of Article (101) of the Constitution, and for the purpose of independence of the administrative judiciary of the executive authority, and make the Council of State an independent body enjoys moral personality," explaining that "
