German Foreign Minister Ziegmar Gabriel announced that the EU will discuss a possible reaction to the new nuclear test North Korea.
"Now we must work together to find a rational but decisive response, and we will discuss this reaction with our EU partners," the Foreign Ministry statement quoted the minister as saying. I am sure that the Security Council is determined once again to take the necessary measures. " Gabriel expressed concern about the test and condemned it on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. sf
