    Announced the deputy for the province of Basra, Salim Shawki, on Thursday, the presence of more than 14 trillion dinars as allocations for the province of Basra with the central government's allocation of petrodollar allocations for previous years.
    "Law 21 of 2008 approved the petrodollar allocations for the oil-producing provinces and considered them since 2003," Shawki said.
    He added that "the province of Basra has not received all its allocations since previous years," noting that "the presence of more than 14 trillion dinars, the burden of the central government of Basra from petrodollar allocations."
    He pointed out that "the deputies of the province of Basra and other oil-producing provinces have confirmed not to vote on the budget unless proven petrodollar allocations and the disposal of previous debts in the form of national bonds, even in the form of payments to complete the projects stalled."
