    [rtl]BAGHDAD - Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi is preparing to leave the Dawa Party, led by Vice President Nuri al-Maliki, in a move described as the strongest blow to the party.[/rtl]
    [rtl]According to the news agency (Sumer News), reliable Iraqi sources revealed that Abadi apologized for participating in the next elections on the list of al-Maliki preferred to run on a list of his own, noting that Maliki failed to form a list after the National Alliance blocks ruling participation.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Badr bloc announced the separation from «coalition rule of law» led by al-Maliki, explained yesterday, it will participate in the elections outside the framework of the rule of law.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The leaders of several factions in the popular crowd said that they will participate in the elections separately from the other parties, including the rule of law, after the leaders and names of prominent factions to resign from the armed action, according to the conditions of the Electoral Commission set before the crowd.[/rtl]
