    MP Nabih al-Hababi, on Saturday, an agreement between the political blocs to take written pledges from Prime Minister Haider Abadi on the lack of appeal before the Federal Court of changes that will be in the budget next year, noting that the parliamentary finance committee will submit all proposals and changes for the answer on her.
     "The political blocs agreed to take a written pledge from Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi on the implementation of changes in the budget law next year to prevent him from challenging before the Federal Court, as was the case this year," al-Hababi said in a statement.
     She added that "the adoption of the budget is very difficult without finding political understandings between the blocks, especially with the opposition of all parties the budget law sent by the government, which did not address any money or investment transfers to all provinces, whether liberated or oil."
