    [rtl]Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal al-Miqdad said that the recent American step on Syria will only fail, stressing that it will fall as all previous American steps in this framework.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The coalition led by Washington has announced that it is working with Syrian factions allied to him to form a new border security force deployed on the border with Turkey and Iraq.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He said that this American step is not surprising to Damascus, pointing out that it is consistent with the steps, "Israel."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Deputy Syrian Foreign Minister stressed that the people in Syria is the one who decides his fate in his country, pointing out that the people are more determined to thwart the new conspiracies.[/rtl]

    [rtl]The Syrian Foreign Ministry condemned on Monday the announcement of the "American alliance" on the establishment of an allied Syrian security force deployed on the border with Turkey and Iraq, and confirmed the determination of the Syrian army to end any form of American presence on Syrian territory.[/rtl]
