    Shafaq News / The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Haider Abadi, by voting on several projects. 
    A government statement said that during the meeting, a report was submitted on the achievements of the government program in the ministries between 2014 and 2017 in the political agreement or the work plan of the ministries, where 83 percent of the paragraphs of the political agreement that pertained to the government's commitments and the percentage was reduced because of the lack of legislation of the House of Representatives Of the agreed laws. Regarding the government program, despite the decrease in oil prices and the evaluation covers three years, the implementation rate amounted to 66 percent, which is good with the situation in the country. 
    The Council of Ministers voted on the recommendations of the Diwan Order No. 87 of 2015 regarding the consideration of applications of ministries and entities not connected to the Ministry and the governorates, approval of projects financed in the manner of negotiation or payment of time and determination of recovery mechanism.
    The second amendment law was voted on to compensate the victims who lost part of their bodies due to the practices of the former regime No. 5 of 2009. The 
    council voted to postpone the payment of the customs duties for the imported goods in the name of the ministries and non-affiliated bodies. 
    And voted on the recommendations of the Commission to investigate the obstacles that prevent the completion of investment projects formed under the decree Diwani No. 6 of 2017. The 
    Council voted to pay the salaries of employees working on the operation of dams in the Kurdistan Region. 
    The Cabinet also voted to allocate a building for the purposes of the unified national card.
