    Baghdad Municipality announced on Saturday allocating 30% of its financial revenues to cover the roads of the capital, confirming its reliance on the collection of funds collected and fees and rents in the development of roads, according to priority and the need for it.
    The director of relations and information in the Secretariat of Baghdad, Hakim Abdul-Zahra said in a statement to the "Information", "The Secretariat is using 30% of its financial revenues, to rehabilitate and cover roads in its areas in Baghdad," noting that "the Secretariat depends on the revenues obtained from rents And fees and collection, in the implementation of service projects.
    Abdul Zahra added that "the financial allocations for the secretariat of Baghdad within the budget, mostly spent in the form of salaries for employees, and therefore do not act on the projects of the Secretariat," stressing that "there is a study of areas that need to ways to cover, where is the priority according to priority."
    He continued, "The new areas have their share of service projects, especially in terms of road cover," noting that "the new areas get services after the rate of construction to more than 25%."
