    The parliamentary legal committee: "The differences between the blocks may delay the adoption of the budget for a longer period, and what Abadi to the objectors does not represent promises can be based on them."

    Committee member Salim Shawqi said in a press statement: "Abadi told the House of Representatives explicitly that the possibility of increasing the expenses of the draft budget, under any circumstances, because of the limited imports of the Iraqi state at the current stage."


    Shawki said: "The Prime Minister asked in the meeting of the Finance Committee parliamentary closed, the deputies of oil-producing provinces included in the petrodollar project without reference to certain figures."


    Regarding the demands of the liberated provinces, the member of the Legal Committee explained: "Abadi revealed the money paid to the ministries concerned will cover the subject of services and security of these cities, and the amount of two trillion dinars with the payment of salaries accumulated for the displaced.


    On the objections of the Kurdistan region to the project, Shawki said: "The prime minister has not yet given promises to increase allocations of the region, and that Egypt on the proportion of 12.67% of the total budget."
