    The Ministry of Justice confirmed that it is still a sovereign ministry and is centrally managed and its powers have not been distributed to the local administrations in the provinces and according to the instructions and decisions of implementing the provincial law and the central committee concerned.
     
    A statement of the ministry obtained a copy of the Baghdad Post that the reference "was a clarification of the suspicion expressed by the governor of Karbala (Aqil Tarihi) yesterday on the authority of the governor to isolate and change the staff of the Ministry of Justice and interference in the work of its constituencies."
     
    "It reiterates its willingness and willingness to cooperate with local administrations and regulatory bodies in detecting and combating corruption and corruption in order to achieve the public interest and not for narrow situations."
     
    The statement said that "the ministry welcomes any fundamental complaint submitted to it, as well as the Office of the Inspector-General and all regulatory bodies to be dealt with clearly and transparently to collect the public interest exclusively."

    In the context, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Justice Hassan Hamoud al-Ukaili, the recommendation to cancel 20 real estate restrictions owned by the state and citizens worth more than 28 billion dinars in 2017.
     
    A statement issued by the ministry said that "17 property restrictions owned by the state have been recommended to cancel their registration as a result of the forgery that accompanied the procedures of transferring their ownership illegally, indicating that the value of these properties exceeded 28 billion dinars."
     
    The Inspector-General added that "the real estate recommended to cancel the restrictions due to forgery and the return of ownership of citizens amounted to three restrictions of the value of (511) million dinars, has been recommended to those concerned to review the competent courts in order to issue judicial decisions to invalidate the registration, which acquired the final form, Revocation of the registration of properties that have not been registered in the final form shall be by a decision of the Minister in accordance with the powers granted to him in the law of real estate registration.
     
    He pointed out that "one of the most important reasons for fraud in real estate registration transactions is the use of routine paperwork in the completion of transactions, especially transfer of ownership," stressing that "the transition to automate the procedures of real estate registration and completion of what the Ministry planned to get rid of routine and manipulation of official papers and counterfeiting property State and citizens. "
