    The Minister of Planning and Minister of Trade and Salman Jumaili Agency, the Iraqi trend towards the phase out of oil gradually, stressing that Iraq is qualified to go this way. 
    Al-Jumaili said in a press statement that "Iraq prepared a work document for the reconstruction of a period of ten years and includes all sectors and activities, noting that the working document includes priorities in the forefront of which the housing sector and services at an estimated cost of $ 100 billion dollars and will be funded from the program of reconstruction and loans and the treasury and the contributions of the private sector. 
    Al-Jumaili added that "Iraq is planning to develop various sectors of development and the sectors of agriculture and industry will be priorities of our attention and that the plans are moving towards the phase-out of oil because Iraq is qualified to follow this trend because of its capabilities and potential." 
    Jumaili pointed out that "there are real measures taken by the Iraqi government recently to reduce the routine in the joints of the state to encourage investors and facilitate the task of investment in Iraq.
