    "It is regrettable that the state is going to refer projects in strategic locations within the capital to investment companies at normal or low prices to match the importance of these projects," she said, adding that "there are negotiations to hand over the central markets to DAMAC UAE at the request of the Ministry Trade without the presence of other competing companies, which are large and ready buildings, which does not include the construction of commercial units of the land and was not in a competitive advertising according to the investment law to get the best offers.
    "The transfer of investment project land of the Rashid camp in Baghdad also needs to be reviewed," she said.
    Naseef stressed the importance of studying projects that are important before they are submitted, and the need for competitive companies to ensure the best price with the quality of project implementation and to maximize the benefit for the country.
