    BAGHDAD / The deputy of the coalition of state law, high Nassif, on Sunday, the current director of the General Company for Food Trade under the Ministry of Commerce Qassim Hamoud Mansour, when he was the assistant director general of marketing to buy a thousand and five hundred Chinese frame damaged and not usable at the price 480 million dinars.

    Nassif said in a statement received by "Iraq News" that "Qasim Hamoud instructed the warehouse custodians to receive the tires before signing the contract and without official receipt documents and to support the receipt of the storekeeper, but the storekeeper denied this in the investigation, despite the existence of a letter supporting the receipt, All of the tires are of poor quality and contain industrial defects. Many of them exploded within days of receiving them, which led to damage to trucks and cause losses to the company, as evidenced by the report of the Director of shipping in his correspondence to the Director General at the time.

    Nassif stressed the need to reopen the investigation into this issue, especially that Qasim Hammoud is currently the director general of the General Company for Food Trade, stressing that "the need to announce the results of the investigation to the Iraqi people to know where to go his wealth and how to waste his money."
