The French ambassador has received a promise from the province to facilitate the entry of French tourists to the province, as well as listened to offers of the province on the development of its civil airport.
The head of the body, Luay al-Khairullah, told "Eye of Iraq News" that "the Commission provided an explanation to the French ambassador who visited the province on Saturday and met businessmen, as well as its governor and some related departments."
He pointed out that "the French side expressed interest in the development of Nasiriyah Civil Airport, as well as the development of tourism in the province, and promised to provide support in this area."
