Saad al-Muttalibi, a member of the council, said in a press statement that "all the projects carried out in the capital are in the belt areas of Baghdad and we continue to work in these projects to the most remote point of the province of Baghdad."
He added that the logistical, "We have 700 projects in the outskirts of Baghdad, but its completion stalled because of financial distress," noting that "there are projects reached levels of achievement to high ratios, but was hampered by the lack of sufficient funds."

Baghdad provincial council confirmed on Sunday that all projects carried out by the local government in the capital are carried out in the areas of "Belt Baghdad", pointing out that these projects have not been completed due to financial distress.
