Sadr to his followers: I do not want you demonstrations support or threat
The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, called on his followers not to demonstrate either to support the formation of the government or to denounce the rumors of threats against him personally.
Sadr stressed that there would be no violation in that regard because he would reflect the consequences of war and violence.
In a new tweet on Twitter, al-Sadr called on his followers not to attack neighboring countries, but not to give up his position against "the occupation as long as it is occupied."
Sadr pointed out that he will stand against "sectarianism and corruption and deviant and degenerate engineers to defend the approach of the ancestors and prevent sectarianism from aligning and divide the oil wealth between the people fairly, and away Iraq from poverty and drought and non-interference of all parties, I am not afraid."
