    Information / Baghdad ..
BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi Prime Minister Hassan al-Alawi on Thursday predicted the withdrawal of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi from the Dawa party in order to secure a second term, adding that the Dawa party would not be prime minister again.
Al-Alawi said in a statement to Al-Mawloma that "the Dawa Party will not grant a fifth term and this is something agreed upon by Fatah and others and the wisdom and the Sunni bloc, so perhaps Abadi announced his withdrawal from the invitation to ensure the support of these blocs for him to run for prime minister."
"The bloc that enjoys a majority is going, and the Dawa Party does not envisage being out of power, and therefore it is difficult to hand power over to the Sadrists," he said.
"Conflicts are taking place today for gains, and positions have turned into institutions of illegal gain, not merit, where everyone is looking for a position that brings financial gains," he said, adding that "the conflict is currently taking place in the ministries of finance, trade, oil and others." Ending / 25 n
