The coalition of state law led by Vice President Nuri al-Maliki ruled out forming a strong government in light of the results of the parliamentary elections recently, one day after the religious authority called for the formation of a strong government as soon as possible.

"The results of the elections will not produce a strong government capable of elevating its performance to the level of the demands of the Iraqi people, but will produce a very weak quota government because of the unfair election law and the politicized election commission, which produced false results," state lawmaker Mohamed al-Chihoud said in a press statement. Al - Hayat Newspaper.

He added that "the call for early elections for a maximum of one year, and that the law of fair elections should be initiated on an individual basis and multiple departments in each province during the current year."

He called for "the formation of an independent election commission, not only from the Board of Commissioners, but all the meetings of the Commission, starting from the directors of the stations through the directors of the centers and general managers and the Council of the Commission."

Observers believe that the Electoral Commission deliberately delay the announcement of the final results of the counting and sorting of hands, because of political pressure exercised by parties that it still needs more time, to end negotiations to form the largest bloc constitutionally mandated to name the next prime minister.

The leader of the current wisdom Habib terminal yesterday, "the direction of the political blocs towards forming a government of party technocrats."

He said that "the highest religious authority has not intervened since 2003 in forming the government and determine the government program, but Friday sermon identified in a direct form and identified the points of the crisis, and set the parameters of the character of the next prime minister."

The terminal pointed out that "the political blocs will go to the elaboration of the reference instructions of the program of the government is an integrated basis on which the government of party technocrats, bears the responsibility to eliminate corruption and reconstruction of the country."

He considered that all parties "bear the failures of the political process, poor services and administrative corruption."

"The parties must correct the political path and support a strong government capable of bringing Iraq back to normal, without paying attention to narrow political interests," he said.
