The Ministry of Education warned that there is no intention to reduce the rate of admission of students in the schools of excellence, which will start its competitive tests early next week, while announcing the application of the test of sending the exam questions online for the first time to the examination centers.
In the meantime, the Ministry of Higher Education has decided to exclude students with a 90% or higher age requirement who passed the external examinations in the preparatory school. The director of relations and information at the Ministry of Education Zeinab Tariq Al-Ahmad said: "The Directorate General of Evaluation and Examinations prepared a plan to prepare pre-test centers for outstanding students, especially after the Standing Committee for the examinations of the 12 of this August set a date for the competitive test for the exam and intelligence, Stressing that the plan includes the preparation of all supplies and technical and logistical preparations for the examinations.

The ministry had announced in advance the rate of acceptance of students to compete in competitive tests, achievement and intelligence that the student has achieved 95 percent of the ministerial examinations for the sixth stage of the academic year 2017 2018. A statement from the Ministry of Education said that Al-Issa received Adnan Fleih Jalab Obaid, who has an average of 97.29 in the external examination of the preparatory school and granting him the exception of the condition of life because it represents an Iraqi success story that deserves support and gives hope to young people aspiring to complete their scientific career.
He added that Al-Issa revealed a decision excluding students who obtained a rate of 90 percent and above the requirement of age who passed the external examinations in the preparatory school to complete their university studies through the portal of the central acceptance and according to merit.[/rtl]
