    The US Assistant Secretary of State claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin seeks to split the United States.
    Quoted by the newspaper " Vzglad " Russian Louis Mitchell , US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian affairs, as saying that Putin is working on splitting the United States using Russian revolutionaries who have the revolution in 1917 tools.
