According to a statement by the Ministry of Communications that "the two sides discussed ways to exchange experiences and invest opportunities to develop the reality of Iraq's technological and service and education and attention to people with special needs and the blind to enable them to learn and self-reliance in the provision of their living requirements."
The study also examined the importance of implementing the basic pillars of the performance of institutions in various disciplines, namely the sustainable development of infrastructure, in addition to attracting and adopting
experts and benefiting from the experiences of successful countries.
