Second: The enactment of controls to limit the violation of the law by some, such as uprooting plants, burning orchards and turning forests into workshops, commercial stores or objects far from their natural privacy . Thirdly: Accountability of any person who digs a river, lands a lake or exceeds its cleanliness and seeks to pollute its water, which can be exploited for other purposes such as cultivating a crop, domestication of birds, raising sheep and cows, or establishing fish ponds or green areas . Fourthly: People's contribution to finding solutions to the crisis through activating the role of civil society organizations and their tasks in educating the public and providing them with all the information related to how to give each of them the usual duty in that matter, and holding seminars to explain the dimensions of an educational campaign to reduce the Sahrawi desert in Iraq and activate their national role to contribute to building A homeland free from desertification. Fifth: Revitalize the work of agricultural associations in all regions to motivate farmers to maintain their profession and activate their role in the development of agricultural wealth as the main element in reducing environmental crises and the problems of nature reserves and their impact on the biodiversity of the country.
