    Commission expected the economy and investment representative rate increase oil exports to 6 million barrels per day by the year 2017, stressing that the current export outlets are not sufficient to absorb the amount of oil exported in the coming years. A member of the Committee Deputy Abdul Abbas Xiaa: The rate of Iraqi oil exports on the rise, according to strategic plans set by the Oil Ministry, where the rate will export 6 million barrels per day during 2017, indicating that the export outlets present in Umm Qasr and the southern ports Other insufficient to absorb the quantities of exported oil is expected in the coming years. He noted that the government began to think seriously about finding export outlets multiple oil, after approaching the Jordanian side to build an oil pipeline from the fields of Basra to the Jordanian port of Aqaba, stressing that this pipeline would have a significant role in the consolidation of bilateral relations between Iraq and Jordan, as well as it will enable Iraq to expand its dealings in the global markets and the selection of countries for imported oil as "goodwill" full, so Iraq would open new markets for its oil marketing.
