Parliamentary economy: the ports are inadequate for current high rate of oil export

Commission expected the economy and investment representative rate increase oil exports to 6 million barrels per day by the year 2017, stressing that the current export outlets are not sufficient to absorb the amount of oil exported in the coming years.
