The Iraqi Council of Representatives on Tuesday voted on the decision to approach the Council of Ministers on the remarks of deputies on the amendments required to be included on the federal budget for the year 2019 in order to pass through the Joint Commission.
A parliamentary source told Ashqaf News, "If the required amendments are not included in the budget, the Council reserves the right to return the bill to the government headed by Aad Abdul Mahdi.
For his part, the President of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halbusi postponed the vote on the acceptance in principle on the budget until next Monday.
Halaboussi said during the session that the House of Representatives still has the right to return, saying that on Thursday will vote on the Finance Committee.
