Youkhana: Rafidain bloc will not vote on the budget unless it is calculated by the amount of five dollars for the oil-producing provinces

Baghdad (news) .. MP from the parliamentary bloc of Mesopotamia Imad Youkhana central government calculates the amount of five dollars for the oil-producing provinces and included within the budget in 2014 to support the oil-producing provinces.
And between Youkhana in a statement received by the Agency (news) copy of it: that this requirement is a legitimate right of the producing provinces, which suffer from poverty and neglect.
He explained: that the budget approval by the Council of Ministers and the calculation of one dollar to the provinces oil is a violation of Law No. 21 as amended in 2008, which provided for the giving each province oil producing five dollars per barrel, warning that mass Rivers will abstain from voting on the state budget for the current year in case failure to include the full rights to the oil-producing provinces, including the province of Kirkuk.
He called: Vice Kirkuk to leave the differences and push for calculating the amount of five dollars for the province to keep the money and
