    BAGHDAD / The leader of the Supreme Islamic Council Baqir Jabr al-Zubaidi, Sunday, that Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi is not absolute hand to choose his ministers.
    "He fully supported" Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and his government and set up a 100-day time limit to monitor and evaluate the government, "al-Zubaidi told a news conference.
