    [rtl]The Russian embassy in the Republic of Benin has kidnapped six sailors in a pirate attack on a ship carrying Russian crew off the coast of Benin, West Africa.[/rtl]

    [rtl]The Russian embassy said that the crew included 20 Russian citizens, four Ukrainians and two Georgian citizens, explaining that the nationality of the kidnapped crew members remains unknown.[/rtl]

    [rtl]She said that the Russian diplomatic mission informed the Marine Headquarters of Benin of the incident, noting that the ship is currently anchored in the territorial waters of Georgia.[/rtl]
