    A delegation from the Kurdistan region in Baghdad to discuss proposals



    BAGHDAD / obelisk: detection and Iraqi Trade Minister, Khairallah Hassan, on Thursday, that the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, Barzani sent a letter to Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs, Hussein al-Shahristani, on ways to resolve the outstanding problems between the region and Baghdad, adding that al-Shahristani received The message the day before yesterday (Tuesday) and the several proposals to end the problems of the budget and the disposition of natural resources, and the subject of the signing of the oil agreement between the region and Turkey.
    It is expected to arrive in Baghdad today a delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq to discuss differences over the budget and the region's share of this budget.

    Not sure whether the delegation would be headed by the Prime Minister Barzani region, but sources indicated that the visit comes at the invitation of Osama Najafi, head of the Iraqi parliament.

    It will be the issue of the export of oil from the region among the topics to be discussed by the Kurdish delegation, in addition to the liquidity crunch in the banks of the region, causing delays in paying salaries and employee benefits in the region for the current month and the delayed arrival of the region's share of the budget for the past month.

    Detection and Iraqi Trade Minister, Khairallah Hassan, that the president of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq sent a letter to Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs, Hussein al-Shahristani, on ways to resolve the outstanding problems between the region and Baghdad. The minister added (Kurdish) that Shahristani received the letter the day before yesterday and it includes "several proposals to end the problems that accompany the issue of the debate on the budget each year, in addition to the issue of the disposition of natural resources, especially after the signing of the oil agreement between the region and Turkey."

    The al-Shahristani said, Wednesday that the Kurdistan region in response to a proposal put forward by the federal government in Baghdad to resolve the oil dispute. He added, according to Reuters news agency, that welcomes Iraq to export oil from Kurdistan, but must take the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) sales management.

    Shahristani told a press conference in Baghdad that the response of the Kurdistan region came after three weeks of sending the proposal the federal government, refusing to disclose the content of the reply.

    And completed the Kurdistan region last year, the establishment of a separate pipeline to export oil to Turkey, angering Baghdad, which says it is the sole owner of the right to exploit and export of all the country's reserves of crude.

    He called on the region last month, wanting to buy oil to register themselves with the Marketing Organization of Petroleum in Kurdistan, "Como" and said he plans to sell the first shipment by the end of the month.

    However, al-Shahristani reiterated his warning to traders who are considering shipping crude from the Kurdish Turkish port of Ceyhan and Ankara again advised not to allow export without the approval of Baghdad.
