BAGHDAD / NINA / The head of the citizen bloc, Baqir al-Zubaidi said that "a delegation of the Kurdistan region will arrive in Baghdad on Sunday, in order to reach a final solution to the state budget for2014."
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / " There are a number of sticking points between the center and the region that need solutions, and this will only be done with meetings of high-level , which should be agreed on to develop effective solutions to these points."
He added, " these points relate to Peshmerga forces and foreign companies operating in the region in addition to the exporting oil produced from the fields of the region and supervision on them ." Expressing hope to reach final solution to these points in order to take the budget way toward approval " .
It is mentioned that Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani visited Turkey and met yesterday, with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan .
