A deputy calls for the establishment of a reconstruction fund to receive the funds of donor conferences

MP Hamed Al-Hamdi called for the establishment of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/77287/%D8%B5%D9%86%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%82 %D8%A5%D8%B9%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%B1]a reconstruction fund[/url] in all governorates for the receipt of the funds of donor conferences for the reconstruction of Iraq. The government is responsible for the non-establishment of the fund so far.
She said in a press statement that "the receipt of funds allocated to Iraq from donor conferences held in a number of Arab countries need to establish a fund for the reconstruction of each province," noting that "the requirement of donor countries to establish [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/77287/%D8%B5%D9%86%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%82 %D8%A5%D8%B9%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%B1]a reconstruction fund[/url]happened to preserve the funds and not lost or gone to the pockets of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and to make sure classified in the reconstruction of the affected areas and cities of gangs [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] terrorist.
"The current and previous governments have not set up a reconstruction fund and have not yet drawn up a plan despite donor countries' demand for it," she said. "The government has the responsibility not to create this fund yet and to make use of the funds given.
"Donor countries have informed the Iraqi government that they will not give money as the reconstruction fund has not been set up and a plan and program for this fund has been carefully and carefully prepared.
