50 trillion dinars budget deficit.

A member of the parliamentary Finance Committee Hassan al-Bayati, of the existence of a deficit in the federal budget for the year 2014 up to 50 trillion dinars.
Bayati said on Sunday that "the deficit in the 2014 budget that is 50 trillion dinars, which will cause a large deficit in the implementation of projects in Iraq."
"The current year budget will be spent mostly on salaries of employees as there are approximately the 4.0002 million employees in Iraq."
Al-Bayati and carry "political parties responsible for this shortfall in Mozna", accusing the cab of cabinet to "set thousands of contracts on the permanent staffing for electoral purposes."
And looking economists and law for a legal way out of the issue of the budget and the delay, where potentially bring it back to the Cabinet for being the amendments and solve dilemmas where and then back again to the House of Representatives, and here the node as experts believe, with not much left of the age of the parliament, which brings to the forefront the possibility postponed to the next election cycle, and in all this disruption of public life in the country and even paralysis.
