Urgent postpone the hearing of the House half an hour to lack of quorum

According to a parliamentary source told the News} {Euphrates "House of Representatives for its half-hour for lack of quorum."
It is hoped that the House of Representatives held its regular Sunday to discuss the budget bill amid weights in the presence of most of the political blocs of the session.
United bloc announced earlier today that it would boycott the session and it will be held later meeting to discuss attend parliament sessions.
