    A total of 60 members of armed factions completed an intensive course in marine martial arts, while other groups were preparing for similar courses in the same vein, according to the Gulf News.

    According to the leader of the popular crowd, Basrah al-Khazraji, the plan to establish a naval force linked to the popular mobilization began to be implemented gradually, indicating that there are batches of elements of the armed factions will receive training at the Institute of Maritime Force of the Ministry of Defense, which was founded in the early eighties during the Iraqi ruins Iran.

    Abadi said that the second phase of the establishment of the new naval force requires the supply of naval military equipment such as cruisers, submarines and others, which requires large financial allocations, indicating that what the crowd now is the boats were converted from civilian to military and then installed some machine guns on them.

    According to sources in the ports of Basra, there is a race between powerful parties and armed factions to control the depth of Iraqi ports.

For his part, the former governor of Basra, Judge Wael Abdul Latif accused a neighboring country of facilitating the smuggling of Iraqi oil Through the ports of Basra.

    Abdul Latif said smuggled Iraqi oil sold at the lowest price, and that the smuggling operations are carried out by groups supported by parties and armed parties in order to finance their parties and military factions.
