Al-Eidani said in a statement that "there was a meeting with the assistant governor for administrative affairs Moin al-Hassan, who chairs the committee and was approved the minutes of the meeting of the Committee formed and charged with the conversion of the daily procedure continuing service to decades," noting that "the Committee issued recommendations on the implementation of the provisions of resolution No. (12) for the year 2019 and amended resolution (105) issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, including the conversion of all day procedure to decades.
