    Deputy Prime Minister for Energy and Oil Minister Thamir al-Ghadhban announced on Thursday the provision of 300 degrees for graduates of oil engineering colleges. 
    Al-Ghadhban said during his meeting with representatives of the graduates who are protesting in front of the ministry's headquarters that "the ministry is keen to provide vacant grades for graduates from the competence of oil engineering, so that everyone will have the opportunity of appointment without exception and in accordance with the instructions and controls contained in the federal budget law."
    "The ministry has worked to provide 300 jobs at the moment in the form of contracting with the Basra Oil Company in accordance with Resolution 603, which is equal to the contractor with the employee appointed to the owners privileges and rights," he said in a statement received by the news agency NON news, a copy of it. That "the appointment will undergo an intensive training program to ensure that they have expertise in the field of work in the oil sector."
    Al-Ghadhban pointed out that "the ministry has previously provided (501) job opportunities for graduates of oil engineering colleges have been distributed to companies and oil formations as required and provide a vacancy," noting that "the ministry will strive to identify the remaining graduates in stages and as available Of degrees and functional controls and instructions. "
    It is worth mentioning that a number of graduates of the oil engineering colleges held in front of the headquarters of the Ministry of Oil for the purpose of finding more important job opportunities. The Minister called on the concerned departments and companies to consider the demands of the protesters and strive to provide employment opportunities to the owners or contracts.
