[size=45]WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Pressure from the United States on Iran has led to a relative freeze on Iran in Syria, prompting Tehran to look elsewhere, such as Iraq, the head of the military intelligence service said on Wednesday.
[size=45]He said in a statement today that "the multi-directional pressure we have activated on Iran has led to a relative freeze in its position within Syria," adding that "morale is still exist and therefore Iran is looking for other places to be located in the area of Iraq."[/size]
[size=45]"The unprecedented sanctions imposed by the Americans on Iran have caused a very large economic crisis that has made Iran work against oil trade and making statements about the nuclear program," he said[/size]
